We are very pleased with our experience with All-Energy Solar

My wife and I live in Massachusetts and purchased a 14-panel system from All-Energy Solar in April of 2016 (Massachusetts has a good tax incentive for installing green energy). The system has been online for the last two weeks and is working flawlessly. So far, all of our modest electrical needs have been satisfied by the system.<br /><br />Our experience with All-Energy Solar was very positive. David D., the sales rep, answered all our questions honestly and completely; with him we did not feel the hard-sell loaded with half-truths that had characterized the presentation of a different company. Both he and Sarah Z., our main contact during the construction phase, kept us informed of how the project was progressing. Our emails to them received responses within 1 business day, and each step was explained, including delays beyond their control while they waited for building permits, engineering inspections, electrical inspections, and the final online hookup. Never did a week go by without an email-update from them. By the way, All-Energy handled all the paperwork; there was very little for us to do other than approve the system design and sign legal documents. Aside from a modest desposit to pay for site assessment and building permits, no substantial payments were asked for until after the necessary permits were obtained and construction was about to begin. Construction was completed in a day and a half. The work crew was polite and congenial. Shawn finished the job a few days later by installing a monitoring system easily accessed by computer. We can follow the performance of the system (and review its history) by the month, week, or day, down to 15-minute increments. Nice. Fom our first contacting them to “going live” took almost exactly four months. It has been estimated that with the Federal tax credit, Massachusetts tax incentive, and SREC payments (Solar Renewable Energy Certificate credits sold to fossil-fuel energy suppliers) the system should pay for itself within 7 years. After that, our electricity is free for the remaining life of the system (18-20 more years).<br /><br />In short, we have been very satisfied with All-Energy Solar and highly recommend them.
