Billing

The original sales process was excellent. I had no problem with Vivint while i owned my house. However, when I decided to sell, I contracted Vivint to go through the process of transferring the power purchase agreement to the new homeowners. Vivint indicated that it would be a seamless process. However, it has become a nightmare. They have been billing me 4 months after selling my home. They have not done any follow up with the new homeowners in spite of me e-mailing and calling them. They said they would send their sales rep to complete the process and never did. Once they have you set up for billing, they do not care, you become lost in their computer system.
