Doing business with NLE would provide the consumer an example of the way they should be treated. My initial inquiry was responded to promptly, the site visit was conveniently scheduled and my project specific questions were throughly answered. Within a week I received the project proposal. Review of the proposal addressed all aspects of the project at a competitive price. The multitude of paperwork associated with the NYSERDA grant and grid connection were prepared and submitted. The project was NLE's first ballasted racking system. Despite a few construction challenges the project was completed in a timely manner by a courteous professional staff. Anyone in NLE's service area considering solar should afford NLE the opportunity to bid the project. A very pleasant experience for us.
