The customer service provided by PEP Solar is below par at best. After leaving 4 phone messages regarding service needed, there was no response. After successfully contacting the office we were assured that the owner would call us immediately back, we received no return phone call. We have 4 panels that are not working.<br /><br />Today we called again and were promised someone would get in touch with us. No phone call has been received.<br /><br />We were scheduled for a maintenance service call on January 6th. No one showed up and no one called to reschedule or to say they weren't coming.<br /><br />With so many solar companies out there, the customer service provided after you purchase is the most important aspect of your solar system. Were we to purchase solar again, we would investigate the level of customer service provided. PEP Solar would not have passed our test.

Mr. Lantz: We show in our notes that it was raining all that week and we rescheduled you for 1/27/16. Wednesday. To say we are not communicating or returning your calls when we have phone call logs; this is incorrect. To say the quality of our product is not rated high is invalid, you have the highest value of product the industry is able to provide around the world. Your CIG panels are USA made, zero heat loss, and provide the highest total system efficiency (up to 98% before wire derate).<br /><br />It rained most of the first week of January and we have been communicating in this regard. PEP solar has process we must follow with the warranty department for RMA with Solar Edge. Solar Edge has already provided us information saying they were not able to update the firmware mismatch and we are to proceed with our documentation on site to measure the optimizers for power.
