VIVINT SOLAR

I've waited for almost two years to turn on my solar panels after the Vivint staff had introduced and convinced me to get them solar panels on. And till this day January, 2016 mind you since April, 2014. They are still not turned on. I've contacted the first representative that had personally came over to my house the number he had provided me no longer belongs to him its a wrong number. So I reached out to the number online to another representative and ever since then its like phone tag back and forth after a period of three months the representative decides to send me an email telling me that they had installed my solar panels in error and that they will remove them by this Thursday 01/21/2016. Reason for removal is because there can't have more than one house on the lot that I reside in with solar panels on. If that was the case why did the representative even bothered wasting my time talking and trying to convince me to install them solar panels in the first place? Not only that but my main concern is are they going to patch up them holes that they had done to my roof to install them and the whole side of the siding of my house. Should I be concerned about water getting into my attick and having future mold. I am very disappointed in Vivint. I do not Recommend, I repeat don't even bother wasting your time with them.

Correction:April, 2014 was the month and year that they had installed it.
