Terribly disappointed in this company!!
This company does not stand behind it's products and does not care about their customers.
Our system went down during a period where my son was in a very bad accident and we were spending literally all our time in the hospital. During those months, we realized once we were able to check our bills, that there was something very wrong. Our bills had increased a huge amount. At that point my husband went out to our system and saw that is was down. We did not know how long it had been down since we had not been home for so long, until we checked the bills. We could see then it had been down the entire time we had been at the hospital, which was months.
We contacted Fidelity and explained that we had incurred a large increase in our bill due to the system being down and we explained why we did not know right away. It took them almost a month to fix it. After all was said and done, we notified them that we had incurred over $700.00 in additional charges due to the outage. We wanted to be fair,so we asked for them to reimburse us $500.00. After much back and forth, the amount they offered was $180.00. Much to our disappointment, they were not willing to budge. We even wanted to add four more panels to our system, however after that experience, that was not an option.
Obviously, this company does not value it's customers. They would have gotten more business from us had they just been fair. Apparently it's more important to hold onto $320.00 rather than provide a customer with more panels.
