Regrets ? Is there a negative score ?

Solar was installed. Final inspection was completed and final payment made, last Wednesday. Thursday afternoon, power suddenly dropped to 50%.<br />Thursday evening, stopped working completely. Called Friday morning, they were closed left message. Called Saturday, closed, called Sunday, closed. Called Monday morning, said they would call back at 8:00. No call back. 4 phone calls later, they said they would try and get someone to "Stop By".<br />I paid $25,000.00 for this ?<br />I am calling a lawyer.<br />This is NOT the way to treat paying customers...felt like they took money and ran.
