In May of 2015 a Vivint Rep knocked on my door promising the ease of install and cheap electricity from the sun. The whole process was to take 1 to 3 months max (but no system ever took that long). Vivant installed a system on my roof in July. As of today November 5th not only is my system NOT operational, NO ONE at Vivant has any idea when it might get turned on. There seems to be no process in place and most calls go unanswered. I can't get them to escalate this issue or even get to a manager (asking for a manger gets you hung up on during the transfer process). The executive leadership team does not include any customer service representation. All I want is my system to get turned on.
