Poor Service

I have had multiple service issues with Peak Power, shortly after initial installation the unit failed and did not work properly, we realized this about 30 days later after a larger than expected utility bill hit, because solar unit was not supplying power on some of the hottest days of last summer. Now a year later our reporting unit is not working properly through Enlighten, after speaking with Enlighten it's apparently a hardware failure of the transmitter and will require Peak to come back out to troubleshoot. I have reported the issue to Peak Power and have yet to receive a return phone call from Peak Power to discuss and resolve. Peak was gung ho to sell and get installation done, post installation service has been poor, overall have to Peak a thumbs down.
