Pacific Energy is owner managed and run. You don't have to deal with a "salesman" like the other companies I checked out, and the salesman never really has the answers, or always to "check on that". The owner is a 30 year engineer and has the real answers, his predictions on my energy savings was right on target, and no change orders in the project pricing.
