Where is the Service?

I had Stellar install my solar in February 2014 and have been extremely happy with both the company and the system. About a week ago, I noticed through my software that I have one panel not producing. I called the company every day since and only get an answering machine. After leaving multiple messages, I have not heard back from anyone.<br />Based on my sales experience, I have recommended this company to others and at least one installation was completed because of my recommendation. I'm not so sure if I can continue to recommend them if their service is non-existent.
