Being in the industry as a solar designer and salesman I didn`t need much explanation and I trusted Andy and Reeves to do my job competently and for a fair price, and they did. They mix a good blend of professionalism and familiarity. As a guy with tools, I wasn`t threatened (too much) having them work on my house.<br />
