The verbal and written information provided before installation was excellent and complete. No pressure sale with frequent calling. We were able to make our decision at our leisure. The installation was completed before our original install date and was done professionally. Everyone I met was a pro. We hit a small problem with approval and they worked through it smoothly. The final installation looks good, produces the power expected, and has complete monitoring and tracking information via the manufacturer's web site. I would highly recommend Cosmic for their work and price.
