I knew I wanted solar, and I had researched it quite a bit. Synergy answered all my up front questions, provided an energy analysis, cost analysis and handled the red tape. They also walked me through incentive options, and I got a nice rebate check from Focus on Energy. They also recommended some easy energy savings for my home that I could use. The system outperformed there projections in year 1, and I have had no issues with it. I like the web interface, too that allows me to see what I generating each month and compare with my utility credit.
