We had a great experience with Synergy installing our system. It was easy.<br /><br />Ryan started us out with a proposal that showed an image of our roof with the panels installed, the amount of power we would be generating annually, and the number of years before our panels had paid for their install cost. The estimate of the total install cost along with the tax incentives and rebates turned out to be very accurate.<br /><br />Synergy did all the paperwork for the city building permit, the rebates, and the electric utility. This alone was incredibly valuable. Ryan followed up with us to make sure we had signed the forms to get our rebate. And he did an amazing job with the building permit for the city, which was complex because of the complex shape of our roof.<br /><br />The installation goes really quickly after the groundwork is done. The work Synergy did was very neat and professional looking in the places where it can be seen (for example, where it arrives in our circuit breaker panel) and most of the wiring can't be seen at all.<br />The panels, by the way, are really kind of beautiful on a roof. I didn't expect that.<br />Once our system was installed we got really interested in it. We had lots of questions, and Ryan answered them all.<br /> <br />One of the things I now realize, that I didn't when we started, is that there are different kinds of arrays that are possible, and it would have been really difficult for us to choose one. I didn't realize until now how valuable it was that Synergy picked out a great system for us, aspects of which I now really appreciate, like the online monitoring of our production. It's fun to watch the roof make power!
