I sent a series of questions posed by an engineering friend, who had installed his own Solar Panels, to a variety of Solar Panel installers. Most of them answered the questions within a week, one, Unique Solar, within a day. Depending on their answers I sent off a second, and actually a third set of questions; most of the major installers took weeks to answer and some didn't answer at all. Unique Solar answered them all within the day and my engineering buddy said his answers were spot on; all of the parts were of the highest quality. The installation went flawlessly and the panels were so neatly aligned on the roof that I think the roof even looks better now! Ulf, the owner, even came back to instruct my electrician on how to create an outlet in the garage that I could use if SDG+E went down. It was a pleasant surprise to find all of this was done at a price substantially less than the "major companies" had quoted. Highly recommended.
