The overall experience has been a very positive one. I am disappointed in the delayed responses to our phone calls once we had the system installed. Prior to that all our inquiries were promptly answered. Now we have to make 2-3 calls before we get a return call. The installation process was right on schedule but once that was completed it took several phone calls to get the various parties together to inspect the system before it could be turned on and go on line. Of course that is where our priorities were focused.
