It took me 2 years of research to finally commit to the installation of a solar system for my home. I tend to get lost in the details before making any decision that I usually drive most people crazy with questions. The team at Kasselman Solar answered all of my questions in record time. <br />I am very happy with my decision to go with Kasselman Solar. Their choice in the equipment they supply is top quality and the latest technology. Both the panels and inverters are warranted for 25 years and Kasselman warranties their work including labor for 10. My system includes efficient solar world Monocrystalline solar panels, which are made in the USA and come in all black (don't see the aluminum triangles), enphase 250 micro-inverters (over 800,000 in use in Hawaii) http://www.greentechmedia.com/articles/read/enphase-to-help-hawaii-ride-its-solar-energy-wave, and a low profile mounting system called Zilla Phantom instead of a rack system (I had some concerns at first but it worked well and looks great). There is some debate about micro vs. string inverters. I wanted the micro-inverters because each panels output is not affected by the other panels in the system (dirt, defective panel, snow, etc) a defect is easier to troubleshoot, they are more efficient, and each panel can be monitored on a computer. I also think they are safer because you don't have high voltage sitting on your roof and they can be shut down at the source (solar panel) if a fire were to break out and fireman needed to work on the roof <br />Every person I dealt with at Kasselman Solar was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Even the wind and hail my poor installers had to endure did not change their demeanor. Once they started the job, they did not quit until the installation was complete. After the system passed the electrical inspection, Steve Kasselman came back to go over the monitoring system. We had some technical difficulties with my wifi system, but again, he did not quit until the trouble was rectified and my system was working. Enphase has great ratings on the internet and their monitoring system enlighten is easy to use. My experience with Kasselman was exceptional.
