The work is careful and conscientious, on schedule and budget. They design the system with customer participation. The owner (Kirpal) is almost always present and participates in the work. He doesn't just send a bunch of workers. They are careful to make the system easier to work on if necessary-- they even use anti seize compound on almost all bolt- nut fasteners. And they are friendly!
