After researching solar electric contractors for several months I was still on the fence about going forward. Then a neighbor told me his boss had a system installed and raved about the company. So I called INO and the owner Jeff, came to look at my home. He then sat down, wrote out a price and asked if I had sticker shock. After all the estimates I received, his was lower.<br />He then went on to tell me the details about the various tax incentives and SRECs and that he would recommend a 24 panel 6.72Kw system, just as the others recommended. <br />When I agreed to go ahead he gave me a timeframe and stuck to it. It took the installers a few days to complete the work. They were neat and professional. A couple of days later my meter was changed and we were in business. I have four panel facing south and 20 east. On the sunny days it is cranking out 30+KWh and my meter is going backwards. <br />Jeff is easy to work with and when he noticed a problem with an inverter he immediately corrected it. <br />In turns out my tax accountant does INO's taxes and my accountant told me I made a good choice as Jeff is very honest and ethical.
