John and his staff were simply the epitomy of service and delivery. I worked for an industry and company where customer service was the number 1 priority next to the quality of service offered and for the system they put in, the service delivered, I have to give Black Platinum an Aplus for the project beginning to end. Other companies offered less infomation, less technical service and i would recommend Black Platium without resercation.<br />I would absolutely recommend John Black an Black Platinum for any installation.<br />He responds immediatley to your questions and concerns, all documentation provide on time and as requested, NOTHING was left on the table and the project to install my system was great..
