The customer service was great from the very beginning. There was no pressure from salesman trying to get our business. The information was presented, any questions we had were answered honestly and then we were given room to make an informed decision. Other companies would call us every day hounding us to make a decision, which really turned me off. However, Cosmic Solar was very respectful and didn't treat us like we were just another commission check. <br />When we were finally ready to move on getting solar installed the process went very fast with little work from me. Any time I called with a question, I got a fast response and was never left hanging. <br />After the panels were installed in less then a week we were up and running. We ended up having a few problems that were not related to the solar instal, but any time I called Pey he was very willing to help out, which was greatly appreciated!
