Norm had come over to take a look at my system that had been installed by another solar installer. Norm was very professional with his evaluation and explained to me what needed to be repaired to bring my system up to code. We scheduled a appointment for the repair and Norm was on time and completed the work in one day. I used Norm again when I needed to reroof my roof. This time Norm had to disassemble all of my solar panels and brackets from the roof while the a new roof was being installed. Norm returned to assemble all of the brackets and solar panels and it went well. IRE is the top of the line with its expertise and knowledge of solar systems. 5 Star from this customer!
