panels great, customer care very unresponsive

I have had my panels for three years. The installation was no problem and they are working well. Three weeks ago I discovered squirres nesting under the panels. I contacted Astrum to inquire about my options. After several days and phone calls I received a quote for a guard installation and was told that it was my responsibility to have the nests removed, which I did promptly. After placing the order I have not been able to get a response regarding a possible installation date. The squirrels have rebuild and Astrum does not answer phone calls, voice messages, email inquiries
