I talked to a half dozen Solar Electric imstallers and conducted 3 on-site interviews that included a cost proposal and system reccomendations. As a result of my vetting process I signed a purchase and instalation contract with North San Diego County based Solar Symphony. Here's why.....I spoke via phone several times with owner Rob Smith and conducted an on-site intervew with Solar Consultant Mark Nelson. The most key factor that led to choosing Solar Symphony to work with was that I senced these guys possessed integrity. I did an "apples to apples" cost comparrision with 2 other companies and it turned out that my choice to go with Solar Symphony also saved me a nice amount of money. Start to finish, my system was completely installed in 4 days and it only took the Solar Symphony team another 3 days to facilitate my connection to SDG&E's grid. If you're considering the purchase of a Solar Electric System my advice is you should definitely talk to Rob Smith or Mark Nelson at Solar Symphony.
