Happy to say that after the process of evaluating several local (and some not so local) solar companies, we chose Joule Solar Energy. Working with Preston was very easy and I felt comfortable being able to ask questions without any pressure to buy. After signing up it was a breeze. Everyone that I came into contact with at Joule was exceptionally professional including the install team. Philip and his team arrived on a Wednesday morning and they were putting the finishing touches on the project when I came home early that day at 3pm to see how things were going. Wow! That was fast! I now have an 8kW humming away on my roof and I'm producing my own clean renewable energy. <br /><br />The only area that I would say they need to improve is having the Entergy install the net meter faster. I know they can't help that but someone should talk to Entergy and let them know that we ARE their customers!<br /><br />I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.
