My husband and I are always doing our best to conserve resorurces for the benefit of our Grandchildren and future generations. Finding and utilizing Fidelity Home Energy (FHE) was the opportunity that helped us to keep with that commitment. All interactions with FHE personnel, i.e Sales, Financing, Project Manager, Installers were professional and successful. Only draw back came prior to the installation process. Getting permits and go ahead from the City was an issue. However, this was beyond the control FHE and their Contractor. Once approvals were granted the installation was a four hour process. Then there were delays with the after installation approvals. But all in all we are satisfied customers and would recommend FHE for all your Solar needs.
