Chad is great to work with. Every time I called him about quotes he responded. He worked with me until I was comfortable with the size of the system I was purchasing. He ran all the numbers and provided me with 4 different quotes. His cost for installation was more reasonable than the other 4 companies I interviewed. He provided me with all the permits needed and set up all inspections with the city and power company. He helped with the tax credits as well.There was no sales pressure as with some other companies that try to tell you to purchase your panels now to get a reduced rate. His rates were already reduced. He did not try to sell me unneeded add on's like battery backups. He did explain the pro and cons to battery backup systems. He is monitoring the Inverters he installed to make sure the system is working correctly. He is a local owner of his company and does not have to deal with franchise costs. His crew was clean and respectful during the install. It was a great experience. I will use his services again and would recommend him to others.
