I was particularly pleased with the extent to which Horizon addressed my questions, both before I signed as well as after. They assisted me in making the right choice of hardware and counseled me toward the right deal structure notwithstanding my bias toward another direction. The installation was most professional and they followed up a number of times in order to meet inspection requirements.
