Friendly, informative, professional (and accommodating)

We found Earth Energy Innovations when our existing hot water heater died on us. We had planned to replace it with a solar domestic hot water system - but didn't think it would be so soon. We didn't have enough money saved up for the full install, but Robert was able to work with us and find a plan that worked.<br /><br />The very next day Earth Energy sent a team to install the hot water tank portion of the install (so that we had hot water), and then a few months later when we had the funds for the rest they came back and installed the solar array and connected it to our system.<br /><br />The whole install went smoothly and professionally. They were able to answer all of our (many) questions, help find the solution that would meet our needs, and were especially helpful even after the fact in providing the info we needed for filing the PA rebate paperwork, and the income tax rebate papers.<br /><br />Someday I'd like to introduce a photo voltaic solar array to our power systems - and I'll be calling Earth Energy Innovations as soon as we're ready!
