The scheduling and installation didn't go very well…. The installing crew showed up on Saturday and one of them told me he was short some guys because they were hung over from the night before. (Not to mention this guy had no knowledge of what conduit that needed to be installed) With the short crew, they didn't finish the installation on Saturday. At the end of the day the same guy told me that they would be returning on Monday to finish the job. That Monday morning I call Ron (My PM) to see where the installers were and he told me I was not on the schedule for Monday. So, he rescheduled me for Tuesday morning between 7-9am. I called Ron on Tuesday morning around 8ish to see if they were on their way. he told me something happened on the scheduling and the crew had another job that morning and they would be there between 12-1. They finally showed up about 1:30. And again!!! With the late scheduling, they didn't finish on Tuesday either…. So, I had to schedule my mother in-law for a 3rd time on her Birthday to wait for the installers to show up and finish the job on the 4th day of scheduling…. All of this could have been avoided if a full crew would have showed up on Saturday with all the info about the job….
