They SUCK with respect to after installation service! You get a phone number that goes to an answering machine that nobody responds to and an address that not even Fed Ex can make a delivery to. If you are lucky enough to get a repair made, I've had 5 panels repaired so far, and 3 more panels are dead and need repair, expect to wait 2-3 months for anything to happen. They claim their supplier for inverters is not able to supply. There are 100's of suppliers for the type I have and have my inverter for sale. They don't care! $23,000 dollars that I wish I had spent with a solar company that was honest. Don't be fooled by these SOBs. You can do better.
