Our system was down for months and we could not get anyone form Solar Edge to respond, let alone come out and repair. We had to take time off work to hound them until, finally, after actually months, someone came and let us know the optimizers were all down. Then it took another 2 months to receive the parts and required me to contact customer service every week to check on the parts and then get schedule. They have now since been replaced and the system is working. But I would not recommend this company.
