Poor Service

I have solar that has been installed and managed by Fusion Power. Currently my solar has not been working for a month or more. No call from them acknowledging the issue, I have called and left messages, never receiving a return call. I have completed an electronic service request with no response. Today I actually went to the Chandler address, the building appears empty with a lease sign on it. I am not sure if they are still in business. If they are then I would say they are at a -10 for service. If they are not someone needs to update their phone lines and website. Meanwhile here in Arizona we are having higher than normal temperatures requiring AC so my electric bills are high AND I am paying for worthless solar.
