Monitoring access for our residence

C-TEC Solar installed our solar array in May 2015 and we have had excellent results. This spring we scheduled a Tier 1 inspection to make sure everything was functioning properly as I had been unable to view and monitor our production. The inspection went smoothly with an exceptional electrician named Luis Vazquez. He attempted to show me how to access the new Locus website for monitoring but no success. Mark Jacobson (C-TEC ) and Lynne Lewis (CT Green Bank) followed up with me, trying several solutions. Mark contacted CT Green Bank and that did not provide my access either, then he followed with Also Energy and they reinstated my account/monitoring access!! I want to thank everyone who kept working on this.
