Installation was completed on November 17th. However, the battery was defective and there was no replacement anywhere in the United States until March 15th. Installation of the new battery was completed on March 17th. I'm not totally satisfied with the four month delay and misinformation. I was using my system believing I was totally on solar but when I received a bill for over twice as much as my old bill from SDG&E, I knew something was wrong. Despite being fixed and the poor follow service, I would not recommend freedom forever to my family or friends.
