I thought Mike did a good job on addressing my concerns and setting up a troubleshooting assignment for the technical peeps to fix. He assured me that the power I was generating was going out to the grid when there was enough power going out. My only issue was the microphone and clear speech. If I go to Morgan Stanley AMEX peeps, the communication is clear as a bell and I am talking to a real American peep. There is a subtle difference here.
