Taking forever to get system running.

We had our system installed in January of 2025. They got the panels up pretty quickly and then the pipes were just hanging off the side of the wall. They came back about 2 months ago and at some point they put the power wall up. Wait. They said we needed a power wall which I was okay with because Ameren Illinois had changed their net meter portion of solar. Problem is I can't get hold of anybody. My system looks like it's hooked up but apparently they need some body to come out and check it out or the Ameren needs to turn it on. I'm just not sure what has to happen now. Calling the helpline is a joke I've been on. I've been on hold for 30 minutes and there's still more than 10 callers ahead of me. I've already e-signed another document from Ameren and uploaded my insurance for my homeowners like they asked. But I've not gotten any emails back, which I usually do when I've done something like that. Kind of out here in limbo
