Overall terrible experience

Where to start? There's been too much going on so I'll touch on the lowlights. The entire project has been going for over 7 months. They had to relocate my existing solar panel box from the back of the house to the side of the house to bring it up to code when they installed the newer system. After tearing up literally half my yard the project took another 2 months before they could actually lay down the power, get sign-off from the county and rebury it. We're in the desert so have xerascaped yards. The area they had to trench was left a mound of clay and dirt instead of the expensive river rock that had covered it. It took another month after sending an estimate from my landscaper to return it to its original state, a tech came out with a rake and spread a few rocks around. He took samples of the rock from the yard and said they would return with another delivery of rocks and finish the job. (My landscaper quoted 2.5 tons to redo the yard.) 3 weeks later and no word so I call back only to find out the ticket was closed and marked as finished. It took yet another call to customer service to reopen the ticket and now I'm waiting once again for another tech to schedule a time to come back out, look at the yard, rake some rocks around, and then do who knows what. No idea how many more months this is going to drag on. If I had the option I would never have any interaction with this company again because the whole thing has been a nightmare.
