PlugPV will not take accountability

I had a very frustrating experience with PlugPV regarding an issue with squirrels nesting under my solar panels. At their recommendation, a critter guard was installed to prevent this problem. However, the squirrels continued to return and nest under the panels. To their credit, PlugPV did come out multiple times to remove the nests, but the problem was never resolved. I was then told by PlugPV that I would need to hire an exterminator, shifting the responsibility to me. Concerned that something wasn’t right, I contacted the manufacturer of the critter guard, who informed me that the wrong size guard had been installed. When I raised this with PlugPV, Kyle (manager) responded that I would still need to pay for an exterminator because they “don’t remove pests”, despite the fact that they had already done so several times, despite the issue stemming from their improper installation. Additionally, PlugPV advised me to remove two arborvitaes in front of my home, stating that squirrels were using them to access the roof. I paid to have those trees removed and replaced with new (smaller) ones. Unfortunately, the squirrels have now destroyed those new trees, using the branches for nesting material. Overall, PlugPV has continued to avoid taking responsibility for an issue created by their incorrect installation.
