Once they got the money, they took weeks or month to responds to issues. They installed a battery and the battery doesn't kick in when the power goes out, and their claim was that the contract didn't stipulate that. Their app hasn't been working for at least 2 months and there has been radio silence. I regret having done business with them, I wish I had headed some of their bad reviews.
