WORST ROOFING EXPERIENCE EVER

The roofing portion has been the worst experiece ever. From nail pops coming through the inside of my roof, to skylights not being unlocked to opened causing the sidewalls to be cracked , to leaks after it has been a complete mess. How do I even begin…… the Crew that came didn’t speak English. So here I am paying 23k plus for a product, and I have to instruct people on how I want it done. They weren’t unlocking the skylights the correct way to get them open so they started cranking on the windows and cracking the sidewalls. How about let the customer no they need to be unlocked? Or even come inside to do so? My furnace piping was taken apart and couldn’t be put back properly. If I had gas me and my family would be dead. My furnace cap , and fireplace cap was damaged and had to be replaced. Leaks after the roof was done. With a dumpster in my driveway guys leaving garbage everywhere on my grass, nails all over the driveway, grass sidewalks. Literally a fucking mess. This job was suppose to be done 2025, and literally today there’s someone in my bathroom fixing walls for the damages leaks causes. I was excited to get my roof done, but this was the worst fucking experience ever. Only part of it that was smooth was the solar job. My work was in Farmingville, Ny. The rep who signed me up was good. Young kid at Home Depot. Ryan the representative who came to set the job up was good. Everybody else can’t say the same. The roofing guys Frank and Dan really not happy with. For the owner to this company please look at the text messages, videos , and pictures that were sent back and fourth of everything that Happened with this job PLEASE before I go another direction. Communication also fucking sucks with this company. Communication is really bad. The only thing that is good is when they want your money they always on time with emails and messages . Funny how that works. How about try to make your customer happy. Your company messed up not me correct. Try a courtesy route. I work for a big organization and recommendation reputation will be none on my end if something don’t come out of this.
