POOR customer service

We're the house owners and YSG installed solar panels for us in 2015. However, they never closed out the open permit with the Town of Oyster Bay. Right now we are trying to sell our house but can't close because they failed to complete their job properly. We will be asked to take out $10-20k to put in escrow if we want to close while trying to get this resolved. When we reached out to YSG, we were told that this wasn't their priority. This company has no accountability and credibility. Do not trust them.
