I have given a referral and my neighbor did indeed go with you and got solar. I never got my referral bonus promised to me. In emergency situations and on holidays it is impossible to contact anyone from the company. I just got my highest ever even without solar electric bill. The finance company for the solar is no longer in business(posigen) and I have no idea if I am paying and who I am paying. The app is now inaccessible. And no communication from anyone. Snow does not fall off the panels well. I was promised it would. But most months from July to Dec no electric bill other than supply. Do I get credits or money for the extra solar power I produce? No one explained that to me. Lots of questions with no clear direction of who to ask.
