Delays, poor communication & installation, pressure tactics

Initially promised the work would be done by "November, Mid-December at the latest" turned out to be early March. Obviously, a huge problem with the solar tax credit being gone. All the delays occurred because of the company and no one else. It took them 6 weeks just for them to submit the plan to the utility company. I doubt this would have happened if I hadn’t started calling them, which mostly went to voice mail or answered by someone who promised a call-back that I never received. Eventually they said my utility company required the plan to be changed...which cost more. I had to make an urgent decision because I was told they could submit the plan they had would approve, and creating a new plan would risk delaying beyond the year for me not to qualify for the tax credit. Finally, project approved on December 2nd, I was optimistic it would be completed before end of the year, but they had a different agenda... make me wait, I had to keep calling until I got a date and told me they will tell me, “We will let you know by December 28th." I got a call on the evening of December 28th, telling me that they can't make it happen on time and that they can't even give me a date. But the shady sales rep told me that it may be possible if I paid the full price to them in advance, there's a chance I may get the tax credit. I did my research and this turned out to be in-ambiguously false. I declined. Around January 8th is when they first scheduled me but, the process went on and on until Early March. They came once or twice per week, for a few hours, for several weeks. “There is a piece missing...we will come back next week." They would not show up "next week." I had to call them and remind them, and they had to tell me, "I can schedule you next week" and I had to get assertive until they came back at the end of the week, which quite frankly, I don't think they accomplished anything considering how often they came back. Even after the installation was complete and I got permission to operate, the system was not working! There was a "problem with the battery." I was told they will contact Tesla and bring me a new one, but this is not what happened. They "fixed" the one that was already installed, raising suspension there was never a problem with the battery, just that they messed up with the installation.
