Totally dissatisfied with the overall installation and service

I signed a contract with Cosmos Solaris in July 2025. In December of 2025, after 5 months of me having to continually reach out to them for status of project the system was installed. It is now March 2026. The system is not functioning per contract. I have tried to reach out to Cosmos Solaris on so many occasions to get help with no success. I have been trying to get Cosmos Solaris to send a service technician to my house for troubleshooting/remedy to problem with no success. All Cosmos Solaris does is ghost my calls and text. To make matters worse, I also need to have a Final Inspection of installation done by city/county. Cosmos Solaris continually states they are waiting for Permit. After 2.5 months I should already have had my final inspection completed and the permit signed off as approved. To date no help from Cosmos Solaris. I am totally dissatisfied with the unprofessional ethics, performance and the lack of follow up that Cosmos Solaris has shown. It has been weeks and months that they have had to remedy any issues on my project. The pure lack of ethic and constant ghosting by their representative is completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company. One of the worse experiences I have encountered.
