My sales rep Allie did an outstanding job and was my go to person during the entire process. The only minor complaints I had were the panels were not same size as originally contracted , therefore one was put on opposite side of roof as the others.The other small issue was contacting the right person at Trinity, very compartmentalized. During the process this was somewhat alleviated by the 2, supervisors Alex and Nick who visited the site and gave me access to them personally.Finally they promised to get the system completed by the end of the year which they did.I am satisfied with Trinity and would recommend them and these individuals based upon my personal experience.
