Highly Frustrated

My system went down a week ago and their support is impossible to get a hold of. And when you do happen to get a hold of them, they say I can expect a call back in 48 hours regardless of the issue. Their customer support people are defensive and rude. I have a solar system that is not producing power and have no idea if/when I will get support. Highly frustrated and it's a carry on from the sales process. Really wish I had researched my options better when I decided to go solar and had seen just how bad their customer service is.
