Citadel delivered on ALL aspects of this project!! For both the Reroof and Solar Install, they have been exemplary. Ashley and Patrick on the solar side went above and beyond to deliver an appropriate design (even with last minute changes) and took it in their stride. Seamless project management. Keith and Juan on the roofing side were flexible with all accommodations and providing options. Brian even arranged for a preview of a new product that the roofing division was evaluating, and both he and Juan met me onsite. This company's approach to earning their customer's business is very much appreciated!
