Very Poor Post Purchase Follow up

I purchased my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall from Freedom Solar and while they were quick to install their post installation service is terrible. Two months ago my Tesla Powerwall was deactivated due to potentially faulty cells that could cause smoke and possibly fire. While I am glad this was done to eliminate this issue it has been extremely frustrating in getting the Powerwall replaced. Freedom Solar said it would be months for them to get around to my replacement and that it would be best for me to contact Tesla directly. Needless to say I am getting no where with either Tesla or Freedom Solar. In hindsight I wished I would have went with another company. I cannot recommend Freedome Solar.
